Job Description

Webdew is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, executing effective outreach strategies, and managing CRM software efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads. Prior experience in IT service-based companies is highly preferred, as it ensures familiarity with industry-specific practices and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities and outcomes.

How to Generate Leads:

  • Data Scraping & Extraction: Use automation tools to gather valuable lead information from websites, databases, and online directories. Tools: Scrapy, Octoparse, Phantombuster.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and introduce company offerings. Tools: HubSpot, FreJun
  • Email Campaigns: Send personalized and targeted emails to nurture potential leads.Tools: HubSpot.
  • Social Media Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms to connect with and engage potential clients.

Location: Remote
Shift Time: 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM
