Sales Specialist

webdew is looking for a Sales Specialist who should be ready to experience all areas of sales and can effectively convert leads into clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • He/She must know about proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements.
  • Attending live chats and form queries received through the company’s website.
  • Preparing documents and information for requests for proposals.
  • Identifying business opportunities to grow the business. 
  • Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understanding the services offered by the company
  • Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
  • Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinating with other departments within the organization.

Job requirements:

  • Experience working as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department. or possess previous relevant working experience with different bidding portals like Upwork, Fiver, Guru
  • Candidates with previous experience in IT service-based companies would be preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Should be a team player
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot would be a bonus.
