Sales Specialist
webdew is looking for a Sales Specialist who should be ready to experience all areas of sales and can effectively convert leads into clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- He/She must know about proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements.
- Attending live chats and form queries received through the company’s website.
- Preparing documents and information for requests for proposals.
- Identifying business opportunities to grow the business.
- Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understanding the services offered by the company
- Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
- Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization.
Job requirements:
- Experience working as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department. or possess previous relevant working experience with different bidding portals like Upwork, Fiver, Guru
- Candidates with previous experience in IT service-based companies would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Should be a team player
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot would be a bonus.
