Responsibilities - How you will contribute to webdew's success

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Advertise job openings and source potential candidates from various online channels like the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc
  • Craft marketing emails to attract candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Prepare and assign appropriate tasks to candidates
  • Provide shortlisted qualified candidates to the hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Maintain a proper record of each candidate in a database.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, target-oriented, and hard-working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
