Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Configure, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts for clients across marketing, sales, customer communication, and automation workflows.
  • Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, websites, forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, and automated nurture sequences within GoHighLevel.
  • Create and manage advanced automations for lead capture, lead nurturing, appointment booking, follow-ups, SMS/email communication, and pipeline movement.
  • Set up and optimize CRM structures, opportunity pipelines, tags, triggers, custom fields, and reporting dashboards to improve operational visibility and conversion tracking.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools and platforms such as Zapier, Stripe, Google Workspace, Facebook Lead Ads, Calendly, webinar tools, and other marketing systems.
  • Assist clients with migration, onboarding, account setup, and ongoing optimization of their GoHighLevel environments.
  • Monitor campaign and automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements to increase efficiency and conversions.
  • Record and create GoHighLevel-related raw content including walkthroughs, tutorials, SOP videos, and platform explainers for YouTube and internal knowledge bases/wikis.
  • Help create, document, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for account setup, automation workflows, funnel deployment, integrations, troubleshooting, and client delivery processes.
  • Manage tasks and project delivery through Clickup, ensuring timely communication, organized execution, and collaboration across teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, automation failures, integration conflicts, and client escalations with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay updated with the latest GoHighLevel features, automation capabilities, AI tools, and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1–3 years of active hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Proven experience building and managing funnels, landing pages, workflows, triggers, campaigns, forms, calendars, and reporting dashboards inside GoHighLevel.
  • Experience integrating GoHighLevel with third-party tools using native integrations, webhooks, Zapier, or APIs.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, landing page customization, and troubleshooting technical configurations is preferred.
  • Experience working on B2B marketing, lead generation, appointment-setting, or agency-based projects is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to execution.
  • Comfortable recording tutorials, walkthroughs, and internal training/documentation content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with tools like Clickup, Slack, Google Workspace, and automation platforms is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Shift Time: 5:00 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST (9:00PM-10:00 PM IST Fixed one hour break)
Location: Remote
