Digital Marketing Lead

webdew is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The candidate should have a passion for all things - digital marketing and technology. He/she should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. The candidate needs to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities - How you will contribute to webdew's success

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Automate various marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  7. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  9. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  10. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  11. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  12. Evaluate emerging technologies.
  13. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  14. Intermediate experience with Google Analytics, PPM and SEO Strategies and experience in using Marketing Automation tools like HubSpo

Requirements: Glad to see you succeed. For success, you will need

  1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  2. Good to have some experience with CMS / Marketing Automation,  through CRM mandatory
  3. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  6. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  7. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  8. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  9. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  10. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  11. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  12. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  13. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  14. Ability to multitask, highly self-motivated and a great team member with high interpersonal skills, Good command of the English language.
