Job Description

How you will contribute to webdew’s success

Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly and keep them updated from time to time.
  • Advertise job openings and potential source candidates from various online channels like the company’s careers page, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed), job boards, etc
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview scheduling to final-offer discussions.
  • Cold-calling to candidates and scheduling interviews for various vacant positions.
  • Conducting various rounds of interviews and coordinating with different departments for technical evaluation and feedback.
  • Documentation of new joinings and conducting background verification.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records.
  • Answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and HR policies of the organization.
  • Develop relationships with managers and team leads to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specification.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates

Requirements: Glad to see you succeed. For success, you will need

  • 2-4 Years of experience required
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Shift Time: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotational as per the day light saving)
