Advertise job openings and potential source candidates from various online channels like the company’s careers page, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed), job boards, etc
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview scheduling to final-offer discussions.
Cold-calling to candidates and scheduling interviews for various vacant positions.
Conducting various rounds of interviews and coordinating with different departments for technical evaluation and feedback.
Documentation of new joinings and conducting background verification.
Maintain a database of candidate records.
Answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and HR policies of the organization.
Develop relationships with managers and team leads to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specification.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates
